1. Single Thread provides catering services for events and gatherings. By using our services, you agree to be bound by our menu offerings, pricing, and policies. All orders must be placed in advance, and payment must be received in full prior to the event.
2. Prices are subject to change in case of modification in the menu or the minimum guarantee mentioned.
3. A 5% service charge on Food and Beverage is levied on the bill.
4. 5% GST is levied on the bill.
5. Logistics Costs Includes cost for transportation, accommodation (if required), manpower and other miscellaneous charges.
6. 100% Advance Payment at the time of confirmation.
7. Payment can be made through our website using a credit or debit card. If paying by
check or bank transfer, payment must be received no later than 5 business days prior to
the event. If payment is not received, Single Thread reserves the right to cancel the
order.
8. Cancellations must be made no later than 7 business days prior to the event. If a cancellation is made after this time, a fee of 50% of the total order will be charged. If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the event, the full amount will be charged.
9. Single Thread reserves the right to make changes to the menu or services offered at any time. If changes are made, we will make every effort to notify you in advance.
10.Single Thread will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services. By using our services, you agree to release us from any claims or damages arising from the event.
