Our menus are truly bespoke and crafted with the top priority to cater to your culinary needs. The cuisines we offer range from Modern Indian to Asian and from Mediterranean to European. Additionally, we can also keep your menu focused to one cuisine or create it as an amalgamation of two or more fares.

When catering for smaller events, we would need a 1-2 weeks notice. However, for bigger events (with 100+ pax), we appreciate you booking with us 3-4 weeks prior to the event.

All our menus are designed keeping your event in mind. We don’t follow a one-size-fits-all policy. Our process follows understanding your requirements thoroughly, and then coming up with a specially tailored menu that would be reflective of you and your celebration.

If you prefer a buffet-style service, the minimum pax required is 20-30. For sit-downs, the minimum pax is 15-20.

During our onboarding process, we ask for information about any allergies or dietary restrictions that you or your guests may have. This way, we can ensure that we accommodate your needs and preferences while curating the menu.

We offer beverage services for both alcoholic as well as non-alcoholic options. Our services include curated beverage menus, mixers, beverage prep, soft beverages, bar equipment, glassware, and service support. However, please note that we do not provide any type of liquor or spirits and request you to kindly arrange as per your requirements.

You can pay us via bank transfer, credit or debit card, or in cash, as per your feasibility.

As per our payment policy, we require 100% advance payment at the time of confirmation.

Tastings prior to booking are subjective to the scale of your event and extensiveness of the menu we offer as per your requirements.

We do not encourage any last minute changes. However, we always plan our catering for additional 5-10 pax in advance ensuring all your guests can indulge in our culinary creations to their heart’s delight.

Additionally please note, prices are subject to change in case of modification in the menu or the minimum guarantee mentioned.

Our kitchen team places the ingredients order with our vendor post the confirmation of your event and menu. Single Thread’s team of vendors understand our focus on the freshest ingredients and play a big part in maintaining the quality.

We levy a 5% service charge on Food & Beverages, while 5% GST is levied on the total bill. Our billing also includes Logistics Costs which include cost for transportation, accommodation (if required), manpower and other miscellaneous charges.
